1. Upload a document
Start off by simply clicking the "choose file" link to upload a PDF, Word, TXT, IMG, TXT or XLS document that you want to eSign or just drop your file into the blue box, as shown in the image below:
In just a few seconds your file will appear in our document viewer.
2. Apply your edits
Once you're in, you can select the type of edits you want to apply to your document. This tool is fully equipped with everything you need, not only to create an eSignature but also to fill out your forms online by adding text, selecting checkboxes, inserting the current date, or even initialing where necessary.
3. Create an eSignature
Hover the mouse over the areas where you want to apply your eSignature and click on the document.
Feel free to eSign documents in whatever way you like. Our eSignature free service offers three different options to create electronic signatures:

The Law on Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commercial Law - The E-Sign Act is a federal law that verifies electronic signatures in transactions affecting interstate or foreign trade. There are some exceptions, for example, family law issues or testaments, but real estate issues are specifically covered by the definition of operations in the law:

●combination of operations
The law also states that signatures or contracts in electronic form cannot be invalidated. The act is neutral to the technical part and does not offer any specific types of electronic signatures. This may be a process, a symbol or a sound attached or logically associated with a contract.
