What is the best precursor for machine empire? ›

I'd recommend Cybrex, First League, or Vultaum. Those three are probably best for machine empires, with Cybrex ranking 1st as it grants a Ringworld and synergises well with Arc Welders and Obsessional Directive as a megastructure that can produce consumer goods.

If a player has ran out of planets to survey (therefore no possible anomalies) a precursor anomaly will be generated every ~30 years.

A crisis is an event that threatens the entire galaxy and all life within it. There are two types of crises: those caused by outside entities that make an appearance after the game reaches either the mid or endgame phase, and those caused by player and AI empires becoming the crisis themselves (except Fallen Empires).
